Online: We recommend purchasing tickets online at our website or mobile app. To begin, select your movie and showtime, and then proceed to pick your seat. Once you have chosen your seat selection, you will be taken to the payment screen. Complete your payment, and you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets.
Theatre: we also have kiosks available to purchase your tickets. The exact process above applies. You can also purchase at the box office.

Advanced tickets become available when the studios set them for sale. Once they are listed for sale in our coming soon/pre-sale section, you will see a buy button. Click the buy button and select your showtime. Then you will select your seat and complete the payment.
The movie schedule is made on a week-to-week basis, and show times usually are not finalized until Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning at most theatre locations. This is due to the film department negotiating with the studios on how many prints must be at each location for the films playing.

A physical Gift Card is a tangible plastic card that can fit into a wallet. It can be swiped and used like a credit card. An e-Gift card is only the number of the Gift Card and must be manually inputted. The value and what you can purchase are the same for both types of gift cards.

Yes. Points are not earned on taxes, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, or certain excluded purchases such as group bookings or private events.
Once you reach 100 points, you automatically receive a $5 reward voucher that can be used toward movie tickets or food and beverage purchases.
Yes. Points expire after 12 months if there is no activity in your account (no points earned or redeemed).
Reward vouchers expire 60 days after they are issued unless otherwise stated.
Yes. Multiple $5 vouchers can be applied in the same transaction as long as they are used in full $5 increments toward the total purchase.
No. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
If your voucher was used for a showtime that you later change, (Pending confirmation from Cinemaplus regarding whether the change has any impact once the voucher has been redeemed.
