CMX Rewards is our free membership where you earn points on eligible purchases and redeem them for reward vouchers.

CMX Rewards Plus is our paid membership ($10.99/month) that includes additional benefits like a monthly movie ticket, food & beverage discounts, special ticket pricing, and waived online service fees on eligible tickets.

Yes. CMX Rewards benefits are available at participating CMX locations, though certain promotions or showtimes may vary by theatre.

You may cancel your CMX Rewards membership at any time directly through the CMX app or website, by navigating to the cancellation option located at the bottom of your account settings. If you experience any issues or are unable to complete the cancellation online, please contact our Guest Support team at guestsupport@cmxcinemas.com for assistance.

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at CMX, such as movie tickets and concessions.

Yes. Points are not earned on taxes, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, or certain excluded purchases such as group bookings or private events.

Once you reach 100 points, you automatically receive a $5 reward voucher that can be used toward movie tickets or food and beverage purchases.

Yes. Points expire after 12 months if there is no activity in your account (no points earned or redeemed).

Reward vouchers expire 60 days after they are issued unless otherwise stated.

Yes. Multiple $5 vouchers can be applied in the same transaction as long as they are used in full $5 increments toward the total purchase.

No. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

If your voucher was used for a showtime that you later change, (Pending confirmation from Cinemaplus regarding whether the change has any impact once the voucher has been redeemed. Currently, we have information indicating that it is possible to change the showtime and seat without needing to request a refund)

Rewards Plus members receive a monthly movie ticket, 15% off eligible food and beverage purchases, priority access where available, special ticket pricing, and waived online service fees on eligible member tickets.

Yes, but premium experiences such as IMAX, DBOX, XTREME, or 3D may require an additional surcharge.

Yes. If you don’t use your monthly ticket, it can roll over for up to one additional month.
